Your story really speaks to me because it's full of emotion and shows how crying can actually help us feel better. The whole notion about being sad and eventually finding a way out of it by just letting it all out is extremely touching and easy to get. It feels real because I guess everyone's been through something such as that, which makes it comforting to read. You took something that seemed so weighty and sad and discussed it in a manner that gives people hope and maybe a little peace. The way you see crying, like it's something that cleanses us and helps us heal, fits perfectly with what some old thinkers and new researchers say about emotions. I didnlh't expect to read this and find myself nodding along, learning that emotions are alright and that it's healthy to let them out. It may have once seemed hard to understand--but we know that when we read something as moving as your story, one may immerse oneself in the knowledge that it's okay to be vulnerable. Your writing has this magic to it that can really make someone feel seen and understood, so thank you very much for putting your feelings into words and sharing them with us🤍
