Reading your essay, I really understood what you were saying. Specifically how Gen Z views balancing work and life, especially with Alex's story, really made me understand deeply. The part about needing to face tough things even when you don't want to, stays in my mind.

It's extremely important to find a good mix of relaxing and working--but also, knowing when to buckle down and push through is key to getting to where you want to be. Your tale about pushing through those eight-hour workdays on top of school without getting paid showed how much you must push to reach success.

It's a serious nudge for anyone to get started and tackle what's tough. A discerning reader may begin to register the concrete and clear meaning of this in the way it shows us the power and reward of diving straight into what challenges us. Thanks for being real and giving us a lot of support your way🤍
