Reading your article really hit home for me. It discussed how tough life's responsibilities can get and the important about making sure we've got our own space and limits. It may seem hard to believe but we can take comfort in the advice to make a list of top tasks to tackle each day; this way, we don't get swamped.
Thinking about handing off some items to others can make a large difference too, so we can spend more time on what we’re really into. Also, finding a couple minutes for items such as mindfulness or knocking out some meditation could help pause the brain fog. And, don’t forget to add a bit of time for relaxing and doing things that give you energy every week. The hermetic result of this will probably make things a lot smoother. You’ve understood control of this!
