Reading your article on achieving a state of flow caught my interest because you seem very interested in it, and the steps you laid out are really simple to understand: it may seem hard to believe but we can take comfort in the idea of adjusting small items to make your writing feel even better. For example, using apps such as Freedom to keep off the distractions could really help, making small changes to your space to make it comfortable and motivating, and taking short breaks to do some moving around and keep your energy up. Next we engage in an intense examination of setting small goals for writing so you don't feel overwhelmed but stay excited to keep going. Trying out some tunes or calming sounds in the background from places like Brain.fm might also help you focus on your work. And if you want to, you can read my stories as well.
