Reading this piece really hit home for me, especially with how it discusses nature being so strong yet peaceful; that part where it says, We should stop and look at the flowers, help them when they are sad, plant new ones when the old ones die, just blew my mind. It’s interesting how everything in life keeps going in circles, and how we need to take care of things around us; there can possibly be comfort in your knowing that what you wrote about pausing and taking in nature's tales hit the mark for someone such as me.

Next we engage in an activity of you pointing out the need to sometimes just stop and have some 'time for ourselves' in our extremely busy schedules; that speaks a significant amount to someone who also turns to nature to feel better. I only want to say thanks for putting down in words this feeling of how getting outside and into nature can really make us feel at ease; thanks for letting us into your head with a story that’s both down-to-earth and sort of magical with how it connects our feelings to the environment🤍
