I really preferred your article because it felt genuine. You discussed how we remember material, telling stories, and why it is important to keep track of the moments that matter. To put these moments into words, you could make a journal or a notebook, writing down what happens and what you think about it regularly. One, if they so choose, may ponder the hermetic result of this -- turning stories into something tangible means you'll have a way to share your life with your children, through something printed or online. Make sure to write at the same time every week, so it becomes a habit. Also, try out apps where you can record yourself discussing anything that comes to mind, and write it down later.
